Where are the orders shipped from?
Depending on stock and available routes, orders can be shipped from China, Hong Kong, UAE or Spain.
To which countries can I request delivery?
We offer shipping to all countries worldwide, except Mexico, Brazil and India.
What is the estimated delivery deadline?
The delivery time for orders is divided into two processes:
- Order Processing: Takes about 5-7 days
- Shipping of the order: It is different in each country. You can add items to the cart to get an estimated delivery date to your country.
How much is the shipping?
You can get the exact shipping costs to your location in the shopping cart of your order.
My package has been delayed, what can I do?

What happens if I am not at home when the agency delivers the package?
The transport agency will contact you and try to schedule a second delivery. In the event that it cannot be carried out, the package will be made available to you at the nearest delegation of the chosen carrier. Please note that you have a period to collect your order before it is returned to sender.
My package is being held by customs, what can I do?
We are located in Asia, so our prices are expressed without VAT. When making an international purchase, you may be required to pay the corresponding VAT in your country. We are not, and will not be, responsible for the payment of any taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs office that the shipment may cause.
